Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA required; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with benefits). Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and readiness to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and no alcohol while on duty.
