Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus in Hershey, PA, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in a family-like home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured on-campus schedule (nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off). The role progresses from initial placement in multiple student homes to a placed Houseparent in a dedicated student home.
