Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on campus in student homes in Pearl City, HI, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows an initial nine-on, three-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home, relocation assistance provided, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Two-person occupancy, on-campus housing, and a smoke-free/weapon-free campus environment are part of the position.
