Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Student Support Caregiver role for married couples in a Full-time Flex Houseparent position at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotional/Chapel activities. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both ages 27+, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED required; experience working with youth preferred. The role emphasizes a family-like environment, budgeting and reporting duties, and adherence to campus guidelines (smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol on duty).
