Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and planning/devotion activities; responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, budgeting, and reporting, with a nine-on/two-off duty cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent role, plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married status and ability to be legally married for at least two years
- Two-spouse role must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Flex Houseparent role with on-campus residence and supervision of 8–13 students
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
