Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married-couple caregiving duo) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with an eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
