Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role: married couples live in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple student homes on a rotating 9-on/3-off schedule, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses to be legally married for at least two years with a minimum age of 27; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
