Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person, legally married couple—reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and lead devotions, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role over time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
