Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development activities for groups of 8–13 students. They establish a structured, family-like environment, manage household routines and student schedules, lead daily devotions, and support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes and progresses to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. This position requires a legally married two-person team, both spouses age 27+, and a high school diploma or GED, plus a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
