Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-on/three-off duty to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and a strong commitment to a faith-based, smoke- and weapon-free campus.
