Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and support ~8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement, and PTO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, and a legally married two-spouse partnership where both spouses complete individual applications; both spouses must be 27 or older.

Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Proselytizing prohibited in chapel/services
