Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning recreational engagements. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Serve nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time when students are in school. Requires a legally married couple, both age 27 or older, with a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student vans. Salary is $44,768 per person; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and accompany them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
