Job Summary
Two-person on-campus role providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and coordinating a nine-days-on/three-days-off work cycle with a later transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to supervise and mentor youth
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
