Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role where married couples live on-site as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on, three-off cycle transitioning to a same-group placed houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility for a two-person, legally married-couple placement with both spouses age 27+. Required Qualifications
