Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

A two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School provides care and supervision for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position operates on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle initially, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
