Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, a two-person married couple live-in role on campus in Brunswick, MD, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person of $46,917 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the commitment for both spouses to apply individually; the role requires two people who are legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older.
