Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents operate on-campus in a two-person, married-couple role at Milton Hershey School, residing in student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreation, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
