Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple team) reside in on-campus student homes in the US to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Qualifications include experience with youth, two-year-married couple requirement, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
