Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, supervision, and mentorship to groups of 8–13 students living in on-campus homes, including medication administration, driving to activities, budgeting, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent living with the same students. Two spouses who are legally married for at least two years must apply individually for consideration. The compensation per person is $44,768 annually with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. The position requires a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
