Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both be at least 27 years old.
