Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; relocation to Hershey, PA is required for consideration.
