Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents will reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and support a group of 8–13 students in their on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and eventually transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same students. The role includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with salary of $46,917 per person (total compensation about $180,000 per couple when including housing and benefits), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a committed, two-spouse partnership meeting age and residency requirements; role emphasizes a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
