Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, directing daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty to a placed houseparent role with continued residence in the student home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to lead religious activities in a Judeo-Christian context.
