Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside on an on-campus student home at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
