Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role for married couples) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided; includes comprehensive benefits and housing. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
