Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and support, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and eventually transition to a placed houseparent with the same student group. The role requires a legally married, two-spouse team (both aged 27+), with a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA; benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive insurance. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA
