Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care and guidance, administering medications, and leading activities and devotions. Role includes nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Two-person, legally married couples (both spouses aged 27+ with up to three dependent children) are required; duties include driving students to activities, budgeting, and overseeing household routines and student wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement for employment
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
