Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples residing on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, transitioning from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students per home, mentoring, managing daily routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Competitive salary per person ($46,917, with ~total $180,000 per couple including housing/benefits), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires two-person, fully on-site commitment, prior experience with youth, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. High school diploma or GED required. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Location: Chino, CA, US. For consideration, both spouses must submit individual applications.
