Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus in student homes to supervise, mentor, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially support multiple student homes on a nine-on/three-off schedule, with eventual placement into a single on-site home; relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and be committed to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
