Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus: married couples reside in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and development activities for 8–13 students, manage routines and budgeting, administer medications, drive to activities, lead devotions, and support transitioning from Flex Houseparent to aPlaced Houseparent; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits included; requires high school diploma or GED, two years married, both spouses 27+, and ability to lift 50 lbs; on-site housing provided.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
