Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live on-campus and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transportation for activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided; requires on-campus residence and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
