Full-time Flex Houseparent couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role progresses from initial placement in multiple homes to a Placed Houseparent role, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.
