Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and support; manage household routines, medications, and student schedules; drive students to activities; plan and participate in devotions and Chapel services; oversee budgeting and reporting; initial schedule is nine days on, three off, with eventual placement in a fixed student home.
