Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
