Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home; responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines, administering medications, driving and engaging students in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule transitioning to Placed Houseparent; includes relocation to Hershey, PA, and on-campus housing with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
