Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning into a placed houseparent role. Relocation assistance provided. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for two-person, married-couple employment; both spouses must apply separately and be at least 27 years old.
