Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) on an on-campus student home, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmentally supportive and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time. Requires living on-campus in a structured, family-like environment, relocation to Hershey, PA, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Employment includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation around $168,000 per couple.
