Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campusProvide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications and ensure student wellness; transport students to activities and plan developmental/recreational experiences; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; initially work a nine-on, three-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse employment required (must be married for at least two years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
