Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role on an on-campus student home in Hershey/Clairton, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, household routines, medication administration, transportation, and engagement in developmental and religious activities for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include budgeting and reporting, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and ensuring student wellness; initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment. Requires married couple (≥2 years), both spouses aged 27+, valid US drivers license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
