Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Student Support Caregiver role: Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside on-campus in a student home and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; couples will transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training; salary listed per person, with total compensation for a couple around $180,000. Requirements include experience with youth, on-campus living, and a two-spouse, legally married arrangement that meets program criteria.
