Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on / three-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires on-campus living, relocation to Hershey, PA, and a commitment to youth development, family-like environment, and a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
