Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines, medication administration, and transportation to activities. Responsibilities include mentoring, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple student homes before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation to Hershey, PA is required.
