Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA. Providers supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and actively engage in developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with a stable student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role is a married-couple position, with both spouses needing to apply individually; relocation assistance is provided. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
