Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on Milton Hershey School on-campus homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group in their home. Includes relocation assistance and paid training; comprehensive benefits provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage minimum, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to drive student home vans. Also notes a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty, and Judeo-Christian worship activities.
Required Qualifications

- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
