Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and support a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid training, and relocation assistance. Requires a two-spouse collaboration for consideration. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
