Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and supporting a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires two-spouse, married-for-at-least-two-years eligibility, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
