Job Summary
Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on campus with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, routines, medications, transportation, activities, devotions, and budgeting support; schedule nine days on duty followed by three days off; potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role; relocation required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Prohibition of alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
