Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, mentor daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead devotions and chapel, and manage budgeting and household reporting. Initially 9 days on duty followed by 3 days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
