Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple team) on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance provided. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, ages 27 or older for both spouses, a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Salary is $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and housing; relocation and paid training provided.
