Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with van certification ability, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple with housing and benefits). Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply individually.
